September 2017

🎈CONGRATULATIONS 🎈
Women of Vision

On September 15, Susan Fendley, WOV Chair, accepted the Pinnacle award on behalf of the Women of Vision. This prestigious award is the highest honor given by CNU to donors.  And guess what??? Dr. O'Brien was able to keep this news a secret from his wife, Kay. She, along with the rest of the WOV, were both shocked and honored to receive the award!

As a part of their membership drive, the YWOP officers sponsored an ice cream social during welcome week to recruit new members. The YWOP's are currently working on completing their 2017 beautification project in Burnett Hall courtyard. They have laid mulch, installed hammock posts, and provided a picnic table with slab to create a relaxing space for residents and all students alike to enjoy for years to come. This will be their third successful project since YWOP began in 2012.
